there does not seem to be a vista driver for this device at the moment. however here are some instructions for installing windows XP drivers in vista.
Trying to use other windows drivers under vista.
Double click the program compatibility wizard on the desk top. Choose what ever version of windows
The driver was for.
Now browse to your driver setup.exe icon , click next and finish the wizard.
This is by NO means a 100% way of getting a older driver to work but some xp/2k drivers do
Work if you use the compatibility wizard

its come to my attention that microsoft has not put the compatibility wizard on the desktop of all versions of vista,
this is the correct way to now find the compatibility wizard.
Click the Start ,
Click on Control Panel,
Click on Programs. Additional program options will be displayed
In the Programs and Features section click the link Use An Older Program With This Version of Windows. The Program Compatibility Wizard will launch.
you can now follow the above advice on installing your driver in vista.

I wonder if anyone could help me ??? I also have a icam 320 - but i use windows XP. I have downloaded the packaged drivers for it, when i open it - it unpacks, takes a minute or 2 - then starts to set-up - then i get a dong - then everything is gone - there is nothing of the box (with the set-up) left. I used to have the box and CD, a green and bits of orange & white affair. Im really struggling. Any help would be massivley appreciated. Thanx in advance.

are you able at all to extract the files from the package? if so you can try manually installing the driver through the device manager.

i dont thinl i can open the package - as soon as i click on open on the icon - it runs - (i think it) installs - then theres nothing at all. Could you let me know how to open the thing, plz ? thnx

try right clicking on it. see if the menu has an extract or open with winzip or winrar option.
