Wondering if any of you could help please.

I have install the following sound card on a new build:

Auzentech X-Meridian 7.1 sound card

After loading I used the installation cd & also visited their website to check I had downloaded all the relevent drivers required.

If I then check in the Device Manager, I find the following under other devices: Audio Device on High Defintion Bus has the ubiquitious question mark that I have been told means that the drivers are missing.

My motherboard is a BFG NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI, & this has all it's drivers installed.

My question is this: where, or what, is a suitable driver for the Audio Device on High Defintion Bus?

Now, here is my problem. The modem that I have is an old Smart model 90109 REV, that I can't find a driver for. Windows has decided that it is a WinLucent, but it doesn't let me install the TCP IP. It keeps asking for the disk that I don't have, and the connection isn't that great. It keeps dropping me, or giving me the Generic Host error, and I have to restart the computer. I'm not sure whether the problem is a sharing problem, because when I click on a link, the TV freezes until the page opens. What would be a sweet would be a diagnostic (free) that would identify exactly what the problems are. Any ideas? A new modem would be too easy; it would defeat the troubleshooting!]]> Computer:

I have purchased a Creative Webcam Live! Ultra wide angle webcam.
Model as shown on unit is VF-0060 but to find driver I need to input VF0060.
I cannot get this cam to work I am constantly told that' device not recognised' & 'no drivers installed'. I have tried all drivers from Creative Lab.
The cam is sold as suitable for XP but when I download the Vista driver and connect the cam to my laptop with OS Vista Home premium it works
